For nearly three decades, I have dedicated my career to achieving excellence in real estate, empowering others through education, and strengthening community bonds through proactive leadership. My journey has encompassed guiding new and experienced agents, training and speaking across North America, serving in government roles, and leading community-focused organizations.
Professional Excellence
I began my real estate career in 1985 and maintained a spot in Victoria’s top 1% of Realtors for over 26 years—often ranking in the top 25, and frequently as high as #2–5. Over my 28 years in both commercial and residential real estate, I have earned industry-wide recognition for delivering outstanding results. In 1999, I expanded my impact by becoming a real estate franchisor, paving the way for new talent and innovation in the market.
Trainer and Speaker: For over 21 years, I have shared my insights as a real estate trainer and speaker across Canada and the USA. My goal is to help individuals achieve success in both their personal and professional lives by providing the guidance and tools they need to excel.

Community Leadership and Service
Government and Civic Service: I served as a City Councilor for the Town of Sidney, BC (1985–1990), and as a District of Central Saanich Councilor (2008–2011). In these roles, I dedicated myself to uniting communities and advancing long-delayed projects, including one that had been on hold for 80 years.
Chamber of Commerce Leadership: As President of the Chamber of Commerce in Summerland, BC, I helped foster business growth and collaboration. This work strengthened local commerce and encouraged greater civic engagement.

Winery Enthusiast: I am thrilled to own Lightning Rock Winery, marking a new chapter in my professional life. This venture reflects my passion for creating exceptional products and experiences that celebrate community, quality, and tradition.
